Skrócony opis: |
The goal of this course is to familiarize students with the sources of EU law by studying all the categories of the EU’s primary and secondary legal measures. Each class will be devoted to specific legal acts whose legal nature, binding quality, specificity, structure, effects, application and place in the hierarchy of the European Union’s sources will be examined. The relevant case-law of the Court of Justice Of the EU will be regularly studied in order to demonstrate the particularities of each legal act. Students will also have to analyze concrete examples of EU measures not only acquainting themselves in a practical manner with their characteristics but also learning how to distinguish and efficiently read them. |
