Students will have to solve a series of problem/descriptive tasks. Each task will be assessed on a standard 2-5 scale. The final result will be the arithmetic average of the grades obtained by the student.

The second approach will have the form of an oral exam.

Attendance at the lecture is obligatory (at least at half of the lectures). Absences must be clarified.

The concept of intellectual property (IP), the importance of IP in modern economic circulation, copyright, and related rights - from the point of view of a single person, student, researcher. Trademark, patent, industrial design, utility model - with particular emphasis on scientific and research activity. Act on competition protection - application in WI protection issues, elements of IP rights management, internal university regulations, models of commercialization of scientific discoveries.

The course is in the form of a lecture. There will also be problem issues that will provoke discussion with students.
